Identitats i violències.Documentació i literatura

This volume collects a series of contributions wich want to show a bundle of analisys with texts of very different natures from literary to procedurals or juridical with also very different subjects, but they are united in the fact that they can be situated in what we could call the «margins» of History, to clarify, these zones wich haven’t been centrals to the classical historians and that only in these latest years have awoken certain intersts among the learned and the readers.
Texts wich have been considered marginals and that allow us to approach the reality of the diferent identities, gender, religions, ethnicities, Wich could cooexist badly, most of the times, and thats why the appearance of a syntagma «violence», and that’s why the binomial on our lands, in these centuries wich we can call «lawful» with certain concessions to some posterior cronology, attended that many behaviours, mentalities or actitudes of that older period continued being the same, despite the evident changes that in certain moment suposed the breaking provokedby the Nova Planta and everything that it brought, posteriously, Identities and violences. Documentation and literature is, furthermore, a poliedric book on wich the reader will find very particular cases and can listen firsthand those voices that during the centuries were marginalized
