The collection of research articles wich the reader has in their hands offers a varied sample of the multidisciplinary content about the literary, linguistical, historical and cultural analysis of the differents aspects of the language, education, culture and history of the territories under the lingustical domain of the catalan language. From the study of a prestigious catalan medieval literature until the development of analysys based in the linguistic of corpus wich allow unexpected forays in diverse subjects of interests, from the synchronic and diachronic perspective, the collected works in the volume are complemented with the practical applications of the analysis of the speech, for example the “storytelling” at the educative world (good government) and at the health field (clinical cases). The volume shows that despite the general crisis of humanities, the diachronic and synchronic analysis of history, language, education and culture contribute to reinforce the identity created across time.
