Pilar Parcerisas participates in the fragmented, complex and transversal discours which characterizes post-modernism. Every week as time went by, Parcerisas has been building up a consistent discourse made out of numerous fragments with a well-structured format. The sum of the tiles allows us to get a glimpse of a great mosaic that, like a “work in progress”, aims to give us a subjective image of the contemporary art in its multiple manifestations, through an open critical discourse that combines positivism with sociological and structural analysis. Undoubtedly, in her journalistic and essayist project, there is a willingness to link the totalizing discourse on Catalan art which, despite the difficulties of all order that she had to overcome, she tried to build Alexandre Cirici with her work.
